February Momtra (and Buddha’s cute)
Even Buddha was known to chill. Seems like an oxymoron but it’s true.
Pick your battles (on all fields).
Hone in on your focus.
Cut the extraneous effort.
It puts more of life’s sugar (or spice) at your grasp. Tried. True.
February Momtra: There is no prize for over-thinking / over-parenting / over-doing.
But there are knots in the back, less than stellar immune systems, hurried breathing and that feeling of ‘what happened today?’ while we sit at night running through day’s events. hmm probably not our version of It’s a Wonderful Life.
Practicing/repeating this brings with it some gifts. For yourself first and for those around your happier self second.
So…only you know how best to do this but cut extraneous effort and be well.
There is only one guru ~ you.
